How to do an Apni Chhat Apna Ghar check online

You check your status by logging in to the official portal:

  1. Go to acag.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. Log in with the CNIC and details you used to apply.
  3. Open your application to see its current status.

You do not apply again to check. Your CNIC is how the system finds your record.

What your status means

  • Submitted / recorded. Your application is in the system.
  • Under review. It is being processed and assessed, including your NSER and land details.
  • Approved. Your application has cleared.

The exact labels are shown inside the portal, so read the wording in your own account rather than relying on a screenshot from elsewhere.

If you cannot log in

  • Check that you are using the correct CNIC and the account you applied with.
  • The portal can be busy; try again later, ideally off-peak.
  • If you still cannot log in, visit a Deputy Commissioner (DC) office or a PHATA facilitation centre with your CNIC, where staff can help you check.

How long does approval take?

Processing time depends on the verification of your NSER record, your land ownership, and your PMT score, so it can take time. Check your status periodically rather than every day.   • Checking is free. Never pay an agent to check or “speed up” your approval.
